Terms and conditions

1. Acceptance of registration
   Acceptance of each dinner guest is subject to space availability upon receipt of full payment for each dinner guest.
   
   
2. Payment terms
   All payments due against each dinner guests must be made within 14 days of receipt of the booking. All payment to be made payable to CNET Networks UK Ltd and shall be made in pounds sterling and shall be inclusive of any Value Added Tax where applicable. No dinner guest will be allowed to attend the event unless full payment has been received and cleared. Please note, if you are paying by credit card, your receipts/statements will read ‘CNET Networks’.
   
   
3. Cancellation policy
   Cancellations received up to four (4) weeks prior to the event will be valid for a refund of 50% of the amount paid per delegate. Cancellations received after this date are non-refundable. All cancellations must be communicated to CNET Networks UK by emailing Shelley John.
